THE ASSOCIATION

EuroTrainer Association has been founded in 2006 as a not-for-profit organization.

ASSOCIATION’S PURPOSE

The Association Eurotrainer has been established to promote European values, including national values through educational, social, civic, cultural, artistic, sporting, tourist, ecological, interdisciplinary activities for people of any age.

Since November 2009, EuroTrainer is a Direct Member club of the International Federation of Popular Sports Internationaler Volkssportverband – IVV)

As a Direct Member Club of IVV, EuroTrainer organizes in Romania IVV Walking Events aimed to promote the social, educational and cultural roles of popular sports and non-competitive events.

EuroTrainer is working to include Romania as permanent walking destination in the International Federation of Popular Sports (IVV) comprising Members from 43 countries.

There are 5 IVV walking clubs in Romania:

3. IVV walking club Cluj
4. IVV walking club Bușteni
5. IVV walking club Bran-Moeciu

BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION

Any person can become a Member of the Association by expressing in writing his/her interest in the Association objectives, the acceptance of the statute and association values and mentioning his/her potential contribution for achieving the association purpose. The application has to be approved in the General Assembly, by the suffrage of 2/3 of the associates, and a further discussion with the applicant. (Statute, art.14).
